Assim sendo, aqui vai uma recita de Caldo de Galinha caseiro:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para 1.75 l de caldo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1Kg de galinha, sem pele;&lt;br /&gt;2 talos de aipo;&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola;&lt;br /&gt;2 cenouras;&lt;br /&gt;1 dente de alho;&lt;br /&gt;Pés de salsa fresca;&lt;br /&gt;2 litros de água;&lt;br /&gt;Sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por numa panela e deixar cozer por duas horas. No fim, filtrar através de uma gaze ou pano de musselina. Tapar e deixar arrefecer. Por fim, tirar a gordura que se acumula à superfície e usar! Deitam-se num tacho ainda húmidas, tapam-se e cozem-se até ficarem murchas - elas cozem em vapor (não se deve cozer demais). Escorrem-se bem e enxugam-se com papel de cozinha absorvente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Forram-se 4 forminhas de pudim com papel vegetal. De seguida forram-se com folhas de espinafres de modo a ficarem as pontas das folhas de fora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deita-se o queijo numa taça e junta-se o alho e as ervas aromáticas. Mistura-se tudo e tempera-se a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deita-se a mistura de queijo e ervas aromáticas nas formas e combre-se com as pontas das folhas dos espinafres, ou com folhas inteiras. Coloca-se uma folha de papel vegetal sobre cada forma e calca-se bem com um peso de 100g. Leva-se ao frigorífico durante 1 hora. Retiram-se os pesos e o papel vegetal. Com o auxílio de uma espátula, desenformam-se e vira-se a forma sobre pratos individuais. (o da imagem é desses);&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 lt de caldo de legumes caseiro;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;125 g de massa de ovo ou arroz (mais pobre em gorduras);&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 colheres de chá de óleo de girassol;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 dentes de alho esmagados;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2,5 cm de gengibre, finamente cortado;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 colher de chá de molho de tomate;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 colher de chá de molho de soja claro;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;125 g de rebentos de soja&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;folhas de coentros para guarnecer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Demolham-se os cogumelos chineses secos pelo menos 30 minutos em 300 ml do caldo de legumes quente. Retiram-se os caules lenhosos e deitam-se fora. Em seguida, fatiam-se os cogumelos. Deita-se a massa em água a ferver e coze-se por 2-3 minutos. Escorre-se e passa-se por água fria.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aquece-se o óleo num Wok (para quem n tem, serve uma frigideira funda). Junta-se o alho e o gengibre, adiciona-se os cogumelos. Mexe-se em lume forte por 2 minutos. Acrescenta-se o resto do caldo de legumes ao que se reservou e leva-se ao lume. Quando levantar fervura, acrescenta-se a polpa de tomate e o molho de soja. Juntam-se os rebentos de soja e deixam-se cozer. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Por fim, põe-se uma pequena porção da massa em cada tigela e rega-se com a sopa. É só meter os ingredientes liquídos primeiro e não exceder a capacidade da máquina. Eu fiz com farinha integral e azeite em vez de margarina e ficou muito agradável, pricipalmente no dia seguinte (é como a feijoada, apura!lol). Pode usar-se qualquer receita de bolos para fazer da forma dita tradicional, menos aqueles que levam claras em castelo por exemplo, e ter cuidado e por os ingredientes liquidos primeiro e não exceder a capacidade da padeira.
